Holly Glen uses a boiler system and common water for its water supply. Each unit has local valves (like the toilet or sink valves) that will cut off the water to a particular fixture. However, some times those valves are old and inoperable. That means you will have to cut off water to your unit and the one above or below you. This is accomplished by turning off both valves in the valve boxes located in the ground corresponding to units you want to isolate. You will need to coordinate with your neighbor before turning off the water to both of your units.
If you are not an owner, please contact Michael Worley, property manager, at (214) 394-8788 for assistance.
We require at least 24 hours notice for non-emergency water cutoff.
