Setting up your Online Portal to pay HOA Dues

The HOA has an online portal that allows owners to pay your HOA dues, send maintenance requests, or view shared documents.  Please note, this portal is for owners only, not tenants.

To set up your portal, follow the instructions you were given in the text or email that was initally sent to you.  If you have lost that information, go to https://www.appfolio.com/ and look for the Log In link in the upper right hand corner of the home page.  Pull down the link and click on "Resident Portal Logon" (do not click Owner Logon).

If you set up your portal to pay via E-Check or Debit/Credit card, the charge will show as "Results Marketing" on your statement but the payment goes directly into the HOAs checking account.

You have two options to pay: E-Check (ACH draft) which is FREE TO USE or Debit/Credit Card which charges a small processing fee.
