Getting a gate transmitter or parking decal is a simple process.
1. UPDATE THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE OWNER/TENANT FORM
Update your information on the website by logging into your account and looking in the Documents section. If you are asking for a parking decal, email the property manager after you've updated the record. If you do not want to update via the website, please contact the property manager for a paper version of the Owner/Tenant Form and mail or fax it to:

2. PAY FOR THE TRANSMITTER
A new gate transmitter may be purchased for $50. Transmitters may be purchased by owners or property managers only. If you are a resident and rent your unit, please contact your landlord so they may request a transmitter. If your gate transmitter is not working, we recommend putting in a fresh battery before purchasing a replacement.
All owners must update the Owner/Tenant Information on the website or with the management company prior to the transmitter being issued after payment is received.
